In a rent matter the landlords were not allowing my client to plaster and repair their Portuguese era building as the same was in a precarious condition and even the main door was coming loose therefore threatening the very security of my clients shops and we obtained permission to repair the same despite the vehement opposition of the landlords and now many of the other occupants of the said buildings have approached us to file similar cases of repair. This was a matter of the uncle of our member Mr. Hitesh Shah
