In a matter wherein I was appearing for State Bank of India (SARC Division) and the opposite party had taken a loan and defaulted in the repayment of the loan and was seeking to pull a fast one on the bank to stall and prevent the recovery proceedings and we managed to get the matter thrown out at the threshold itself and the matter was dismissed right from the Lower Court stage to the High Court and I represented the bank in all the 3 (Three) stages and the proceedings in all three stages were completed in less than 3 (Three) years, which is lighting speed in our judicial system. This Judgement is being used as a precedent for other cases Ralph Colaco v/s. SBI.
