In an inventory proceeding instituted in the year 2006 we had taken a plea that the party was an Indian Citizen though born in Goa, but domiciled in Pune and therefore the property in Pune could not form part of the inventory proceedings instituted in Goa and this contention was upheld in a different matter by the Honourable High Court in the year 2009.
