My client had started a partnership business in the name of his wife as he was employed in the Banking sector and their relation got strained in the meanwhile and the wife claimed the entire business as the entire business was only in her name and my client was forcibly removed from the said business literally with the help of gundas and we managed to restrain the wife from depriving my client from the profits of the firm by obtaining an injunction restraining her from misappropriating the share of my client in the said business and moreover this being an unregistered partnership.
